Karachi. In a fresh report moved by NAPHDA has found the Bahria Town Karachi project location suitable from livability point of view. Earlier Ms. Madiha Arooj, GM, Corporate Affairs, Bahria Town Private Limited, was invited for preliminary negotiations on 16 December, 2021 in response to Invitation of EOl published in the newspapers on 28 March 2021 under Negotiated Procurement for Public Private Partnership Scheme. Bahria Town is requested to submit the project along with the relevant documents to Manager, Allied Bank Limited and bank will communicate its willingness or otherwise within 60 days to NAPHDA to provide development finance to Ms. Madiha Arooj, GM, Corporate Affairs, Bahria Town Private Limited for the below-mentioned project.
